AUTO-STRENGTH & HARDNESS TESTER
We understand the rigorous demands of off-road riding, so we evaluate every material used to create our dirtbikes with a hardness tester. The tester works by subjecting component samples to controlled forces and measuring their responses. This equipment assesses each component's strength, ductility, and wear resistance to provide insights into their durability per our quality standards.
TEMPERATURE & HUMIDITY TEST CHAMBER
This is one very important product testing material in our laboratory. This chamber simulates different temperature and humidity conditions, from extreme cold to scorching hot, and from arid to high-humidity conditions. It enables us to test how our products perform in different weather conditions. As a result, Bosuer dirtbikes can deliver outstanding, prolonged performances anywhere in the world, even in the most extreme weather conditions.
WIRE HARNESS BENDING TESTER
In our electrical systems department, this tester plays a significant role. It applies bending stress to wire harnesses, assessing their tensile strength, peeling resistance, and resilience under various bending conditions. This test guarantees that our dirt bikes can maintain robust electrical system connections during rides.
PACKAGE TESTER
Our state-of-the-art package tester evaluates the resilience of our product packaging against drops, shocks, and compression forces during transportation. It records data on how many drops the packaging can withstand and under what conditions it may fail. This gives us confidence in the packaging's suitability or points out areas that need improvement. This is why our products consistently reach customers in perfect condition.
STATIC PRESSURE TESTER
Our products achieve exceptionally low static pressure readings because we employ a tester that evaluates the structural integrity of each component under prolonged static pressure conditions. Every component in our dirtbikes is highly resistant to crushing and can efficiently distribute pressure, which is a great advantage given the difficult terrain encountered in off-road riding.
VIBRATION TESTER
This electronic equipment uses sensors to transmit signals to test the frames of our dirtbikes. These signals measure the vibration acceleration, velocity, and displacement and assess how well our products can handle vibrations and oscillations. Every motocross bike produced in the Bosuer factory has a vibration level below 2.5 mm/sec (RMS).
PLUG TESTER
This equipment tests the performance and strength of spark plugs and connectors. It’s an important part of the quality control procedure in the engine assembly plant.
CHARGING & RELEASING TESTER
This tester helps to guarantee the reliability of our electrical components and connections, like the battery output voltage, insulation resistance, conductor continuity, and charging systems.
ENERGY DISPERSIVE SPECTROMETER
In the world of off-road motorcycles, even the smallest variations in material composition and alloys can make all the difference in durability. Bosuer employs advanced EDS equipment to identify and qualitatively analyze the composition of all our materials. This technology works by bombarding the material with X-rays that interact with the atoms in the material. The emitted X-ray signals are then precisely measured with a solid-state detector to determine the exact elemental composition.
WIRELESS MOTOR TORQUE TESTER
This computer-aided device allows us to measure and calibrate the torque output of our engine motors. Our smallest dirtbike engines deliver an impressive 20 Nm at 6000 rpm, while larger bikes can achieve up to 23 Nm at 7000 rpm. As a result, our dirt bikes can achieve ridiculously high driving forces even at low speeds.
FATIGUE TESTER
This tester is used separately on individual components and assembled products in the factory. It subjects our products to repetitive stress and cyclic loading to assess their strength and the number of load cycles they can endure before failure. These tension and compression cycles replicate real-world usage conditions and help us evaluate the reliability of our products under the rugged demands of off-road riding. Critical components of Bosuer dirt bikes, like the crankshaft and joints.
SALT SPRAY TESTER
This test takes place within our paint shop and evaluates the resistance of our products to corrosion and deterioration when exposed to salt and saline environments. The machine works by exposing our products to a controlled salt spray or salt fog, simulating the harsh conditions of coastal and salty areas. By conducting this test, we ensure that our dirtbikes and ATVs maintain both their structural integrity and appearance, even when used in such environments.
WHEEL DEFLECTION TESTER
This device measures and analyzes the wheel deflection, lateral wheel stiffness, and tire deflection in our dirtbikes. With a standard race sag, our wheels are engineered to withstand the most extreme impacts encountered during rigorous riding conditions.
VOLTAGE RESISTANCE TESTER
This essential tester evaluates the grounding in our electrical systems, regulator rectifier, battery voltage, and cranking voltage. Usually, our batteries are in the range of 12.7-13.6 volts when fully charged. Through this test, we ensure the electrical components of our dirtbikes and ATVs can effectively endure voltage fluctuations and surges.
